PDFConverter2 provides online tools to convert, compress, edit, organize, protect and sign PDF and related documents. Some features require a free account.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information when you register.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you have no right to process.
• Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use automated means to abuse free-tier limits.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the feature you requested. We claim no ownership over your documents and do not use them for any other purpose.

5. Free plan and limits

The service is offered free of charge with reasonable daily usage limits, which we may adjust to keep the service reliable for everyone.

6. Intellectual property

The PDFConverter2 name, logo, brand and software are owned by Son of Diamond LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that results will meet your requirements. Always keep your own copies of important files.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Son of Diamond LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
